You can have this done by a dentist...also you can buy DIY packs in the
chemists for about £7 to £20.
Lots of Actors/singers/actresses/models etc do it these days - think it
costs about £200 at the Dental Surgery.
I think that's what dentists do with those clear plastic? gum-shield type
fittings which are filled with a cleansing agent to make teeth really clean
and shiny. But leave them in too long and you end up with a smile so shiny
it blinds people.
