When should we start for clean teeth of our boy? He has just got
one tooth showed through, and more will soon being here. Is it a
well idea for use cloth or brush.

Start now, and use a proper baby brush (I got mine from dentists)
I started cleaning my daughters gums when she was teething (it seemed to
calm it)
Toys 'r' Us have a nice set with three brushes, designed to go from
teething to proper teeth, but yes, start now.
The earlier it becomes routine the less fights you should have over it.
