am looking to buy dental insurance.
I think i will need to get a root
canal done. Can anybody suggest
something?
First,
no insurance company is going to
pay for a pre-existing condition,
and second virtually all dental
insurance plans pay very little
compared to health insurance and
comes with limitations that I consider
unacceptable. If you can get dental
insurance through work it could
help. Plans purchased as an individual
IMO are worthless, and I have major
problems with the DMOs as well.
You don't get something for nothing.
If you can find a good, compassionate
dentist you can prioritize needed
treatment and proceed in a way that
makes the financial end as painless
as possible.
