Answer:
Yes, I must agree here. The two Animal shelters in town (I can explain
why there are two if anyone's interested) charge $30 per cat at the
time of adoption, but this is taken off the price of neutering by most
of the vets in town (although a friend keeps accusing me of taking
care of Nero with an old razor blade).

Probably. There are all sorts of pre-requisites for graduating from
dental school, like expecting to hold a conversation while you have your
hands in the patient's mouth and and making you sit in the waiting room
for 20.38 hours while they listen to the tortured screams of the other
patients. This from a group whose motto is: "Visit your dentist now or
else he'll wrench your teeth from your mouth".
Why yes, I have had some fun experiences at the dentist's office. If I
said otherwise, I'd be out buying denture adhesive right now.
