Question:
I've been looking into doing at home teeth whitening because I'll be
getting my senior pictures sometime this summer and, well, my teeth could be
whiter. I just can't afford the stuff done by the pros (my friend got her teeth
bleached and it was really expensive). So I was just wondering what products
you have used, and the success (or lack there of) that you've had with them.
Answer:
i got my teeth bleached at the dentist like 5 years ago when i got my braces
off... but ive heard crest white strips work the ones that look like tape
I had mine professionally done also. To be honest, that's the way to go. But a
few of my friends use Crest White Strips and they work okay. Also, check out
Twighlight Teeth.com. It's basically how it's done professionally, just it
works while you're in a tanning bed.
i was going to get my teeth whitened, but i got a tan instead.
sorry, random mitch hedberg quote. omg i love that man.
The Crest strips you get from the dentist worked great for me. I don't smoke
or drink coffee, save the occasional iced coffee, and my teeth have stayed
white for over a year now.
I used the crest white strips for about two days, and then I forgot about them
so actually this post is reminding me to get back on that. Obviously I don't
know from personal experience how well they work, but I've heard from a lot of
people that they do. It was just real weird getting used to them at the very
beginning.
