Question:
Any ideas what I can use to whiten my teeth?
I thought of using bi-carb - but that is abrasive and it will thin the
enamel down.
There's also jell packs which I was thinking of trying but these are
expensive and cumbersome.
Answer:
I use Oregano tooth powder and liquid Peroxy, (both products from Hulda Clark)
works great.

Is it abrasive, because my teeth are naturaly bone coloured which I
am told by the dentist is a sign of good teeth?
(I would just like to whiten them, removing the enamel won't whiten them.).
Cool, have you tried her water??

This sounds like a really good deal, you can buy a liter for just under $5
USD. I suppose S&H are extra but wouldn't it be worth it??
Sure, it is considered cosmetic treatment but is safe and effictive.
Cost varies by location and method.
Come on, WB. Everyone knows that you can't take garlic anywhere near
Hulda Clark.
Think I'll opt for a bottle of hydrogen peroxide - at least it will freshen
my breath!.
this fact is known for I do not know how many years by now. Hydrogen
peroxide reacts like an acid and destroys the surface.
To make the tooth white again, one would think that the colour stains
were removed. But they reside inside the surface. The chemicals used
do nothing but erode the surface. Once the stained surface is removed
the still white tooth material below is visible - and now will be
stained like the old surface before.
