Question:
Anybody tried that? How much does it cost?Any side effects?Anybody knows where
celebrities go for that?
Answer:
You have to get the molds made from the dentist-that is the most expensive part
(about 200-300) The gel itself usually runs 20-25 or so. My hygentist has
bleached her teeth-it really does make a difference, but it also makes teeth
sensitive...
Yes, it definitely makes teeth sensitive for a few days. I found that since my
upper teeth are more exposed to air (when smiling, talking, etc), my bottom
teeth were almost unbearably sensitive when I bleached. Gums also get slightly
sore from the combo of the bleach and the trays. But, the bleaching effect has
really lasted for me, even as a daily coffee drinker, so the couple days of
discomfort were totally worth it for me!
I am a first year dental hygiene student and we have had numerous speakers from
the various dental companies and I would like to remind anyone that tries this
process to follow the directions explicitly (for instance, different lines have
different wearing times ranging from 15 minute increment to overnight)
Personally, I do not plan to bleach my teeth. I am 20 years old and already
have some yellowing (btw, I don't smoke or drink tea, coffee, or dark colored
sodas). My teeth are not eyesores and I do not have any sensitivity, thus I
would like to keep it that way :)
hmmmm my teeth are white but i want them white white white lol im going to do
this next time i go i just hope my mom doesnt pass out with the price but is
there something cheeper that works the same? my teeth are sensitive anyway
cause i use warm water to brush my teeth alot
