Several months ago the Philadelphia Inquirer ran an article about magnetic
braces. Is there anyone out there who has has experiences with same. My dentist
never heard of them (of course he also told me the mercury in fillings is
perfectly safe too).

while i have not seen the article I am aware of the use of Magnets in
several different appliance fix aand removable to treat different
class II malocclusion and in the use of extrusion and intrusion of
teeth from a dental laboratory view . and their have been several
article of pro and con on the use of strong magnetic feilds in the
body if you would like to have your dentist get hold of me i will be
happy to go over these appliances withh him and see if they might
